REGISTRATION FEES
$265/person Registration for Resident Participants (staying in campus housing).
Includes all “confirmed” classes, staff concerts and events for the week, all musical hand-out materials for confirmed classes, and associated University costs.

$280/person Registration for Non-Resident Participants (staying off-campus)
Includes same as above Resident Participants fee plus Food Service charges for coffee break refreshments that resident participants have already paid for in their room/meals fee.

Non-Participant Companions Staying ON Campus with Participants, $70 Fee. Covers University registration and processing costs. Also includes admission to both staff concerts, open stage/orchestra recital, and jam sessions. This fee itself does not include admission to any classes. Meals and housing costs are listed below. Non-Participant Companions of Participants staying OFF Campus have no registration fee and are most welcome to purchase concert tickets, Sunday night Barbecue tickets (in advance on enclosed registration form), and individual meals in dining halls.

HOUSING AND MEAL OPTIONS:
All accommodations are sold as packages and include all meals and coffee breaks beginning with the Sunday evening BBQ and going through breakfast on Friday morning. All halls are within easy walking distance of Brown cafeteria.

Option 1: Central Drive Hall  -- $276.00
Single occupancy private sleeping rooms (1 twin bed) inside a 4-room suite.
This newly opened hall has elevators, air conditioning and each suite has its own living area and bathroom. Suites are usually reserved as all male or all female only.

Option 2: Buchanan Hall -- $201.00
Double occupancy (2 twin beds in a room) – Bathrooms are on the hall.
This 3-floor hall is a good value, but does not have air conditioning or elevators. If you do not indicate a preferred roommate, a participant of the same sex will be randomly assigned.

Option 3: Madison Hall -- $386.00
Deluxe hotel-style residence hall with elevators. Rooms have private baths, A/C, and daily maid service.All rooms have only one bed. Most have a full-sized bed, but some have a twin–sized bed. Please indicate on the registration form if you plan to have someone stay with you.

Option 4: 2nd Person for Madison Hall -- $86.00
Available to attendees who are accompanying someone who selected option #3 above.This option is available only while double-sized Madison rooms last.
