A block of fifty (50) rooms is being held at The Comfort Inn, Sylva, NC, for conference participants on a first-come first-served basis, until March 20, 2002. Rooms have either two (2) double beds or one (1) king-size bed. The group rate for each room per night is $65 plus 9.5% tax, for one to four persons in a room. Reservations can be made by calling directly 800-654-3315 and identifying the SIAM Conference to get the special rate.
